Let's do our deed on Hari Raya Haji, 17th Nov, Wednesday to help those who are in need.

Beautiful Gate is a center for disabled persons.

To raise funds, they are having a carnival themed Building Hope at The 19 USJ City Mall in USJ 19, Subang Jaya on Nov 17 from 10am to 3pm.

The reason for the carnival has been made public here: Fund Raising announcement on thestar

i have been joining as volunteer one month before this event to help sell coupons and wish to lend a hand on that day :)

of course , i asked my frens to join too ^^

as a way to de-stress after AS Exam ;)

coupon booklets worth RM20 would be given

as a token of appreciation for every RM20 cash donation.

The foundation needs 100 volunteers and

welcomes contribution from the public.

There are charity sale, games and contests etc !

"early in the morning" we reached Subang Jaya KTM Station

camwhore-ing while waiting for Dennis (for me , he is Tennis xD =P easy to remember)

okay !! back to our duty :)

we started our coupon counting at around 3pm :)

and , FYI , im a very fastidious person :) i always want everything to be perfect and nothing goes wrong (winks)

like Eric said : Sue arh , very sensitive to untidy xD

and therefore , i recount the coupon over and over again :)

our hard work of selling toys : production of sweating , screaming , busying had make an amount of RM 1873.00

we cleaned the store and Eric came to fetch us to Subang Jaya KTM Station :)

the plan to go for food hunt at Connought PasarMalam with Dennis and his gang has been cancelled due to the event finished so early (at 4pm + )

so after settled our dinner at MidValley , we ciao-ed home :)

p/s : so sticky and uncomfortable to entre the shopping mall !!

i feel so dirty >< so as Cing Jerick SaiKai ;)

it almost 8:30pm when i reached home (:

its tired but worth :)

我在这天学了很多东西!! 因此,有很多东西要和大家分享的 ^ ^
这些也是我的感想啦 :

在今天哈芝节也是公共假期,带领一班朋友参加了美门残障中心举办的慈善义卖会。
在场的公众，不管是顾客也好，工作人员都好，负责人也罢，70% 是残障朋友！！
佛法说得没错：我们的世间是有漏的世间，有缺漏，不完美是世间的真相。
人生有一点缺陷，可以激发我们向上向善的力量。他们做到了！！！

这让我有一个结论：

命运交给你一个酸柠檬，你的想法把它做成甜的柠檬汁！

他们天生残缺，但他们一样快乐的举办一个很成功的义卖会！！

我学懂了：简单但积极的话，可以使对方感到有人关怀他，爱他。

这样做也带给我快乐。

此外，我也懂得：主动和别人交谈；以爱心待人，的确能使世间充满朝气。

I learned a lot today!! Therefore, there are many things to share with everyone ^ ^
These are my thoughts then: Today-Haji Day is a public holiday, i have led a group of friends took part in the Beautiful Gate Disabled Charity Sale as volunteer :)The presence of the public, customer, staff almost 70% are disabled person ! ! Buddha was right: Nobody or nothing is perfect :) there is always a gap :) Defective in life can inspire us the power of improvement. They make it ! ! This gives me a conclusion: the fate has handed a sour lemon to you, you have to made it into sweet lemonade ;)They are born disabled , but they had successfully organized the carnival :) I learned that: a simple but positive conversation/sentence, other will feel that you concern for them, love them . This also will bring me happiness. In addition, I also know how to: be initiative to talk; to love others, indeed make the world full of vitality.

残障朋友其实也和我们一样；一样的坚强，一样的善良。

他们永不放弃，勇敢为生命天上美丽的色彩。

无论是顺境或逆境，他们都一样从容安静，积极面对，积极寻找生活的快乐，

不浪费生活的一分一秒，在黑暗之中向往光明，在精神上永远不倒。

这里，我又领悟了一个道理，我就用故事来作结论吧！

假如你的手指扎了一根刺，

你应该高兴地喊一声：“幸亏不是扎在眼睛里！”

残障朋友们为自己的逆境选择了很好的态度！！

Disabled person actually same like us; as strong as us , as kind as us :))They never give up, they are brave and trying to make their life full of beautiful colors

no matter in good times or bad, they will remain calm quiet, positive attitude, optimistic :)they do not waste a single minute of lifetime; never fall down within their spirit.Here, I realized a truth : If your finger pricked by a thorn , you should be happy and screamed "im so lucky, it doesnt embedded in the eyes!"

命运如同掌纹，弯弯曲曲，却握在我们自己手中；

只要不失去那个叫自立，自信，自强的支点，那么人生一样精彩！

他们懂得珍惜自己的生命与健康，是对生命的尊重；

而我，学会了珍惜别人的生命与健康，是一个人给于人间的至高无上的爱！！！

they do not lose so called self-reliance, self-confidence, self-improvement They know how to cherish their lives and health, is a kind of respect for their life;I learned to appreciate other people's lives and health is the greatest love in this world! ! !

在义卖会活动中，他们一样努力，一样拼命。脸上那满足的笑容感动了我 =)

我明白了：他们丢掉了包袱，拿走了拖累他们的行李，

只有这样他们才可以简洁轻松地走自己的路，人生的旅行才会更加愉快，

才可以登得高行得远，看到更多更美的人生风景！

during the activities , they work very hard. A satisfied smile been reflected =)I understand: they removed their burden (burden = disabled) ,remove their burden is the only way they can easily go on their life thus life will be more pleasant to travel, and can see more beautiful scenery!

有时候，我们也会为生活中遇到的一些不如意而抱怨不休，好像有些人会抱怨：—

钱不够用啦

眼睛不够大啦

胸部太小去隆胸啦

车子不够豪华啦

化妆品不够上等啦

好像照片里的我被手推车撞到脚~就鬼叫：~痛~痛~痛~

等等等等。。。

事实上，我们不应该为这为那抱怨！

有了健康，四肢健全，就心满意足了！

一旦想起那些情况不如我们的人，你就会发现，原来自己是如此的幸运和幸福！

In fact, we should not complain all the time !As long as we are healthy then we should be satisfy :)when we think of those disabled people, you will find that you are so lucky and happy
